Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of the omega 6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is utilised in the body to manufacture specific prostaglandins, substances that are important for regulating many body functions, including healthy skin, joints and hormonal balance. EPO® can be used both internally and externally for dry skin.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as professionally advised.
Capsules may be pierced and the oil applied directly to dry skin.
